Dynamics 365 Business Analyst – Architecture & Solution Design

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with strong solution architecture and technical design exposure to support digital banking initiatives within its Wealth & Private Banking division.

The ideal candidate will combine business analysis expertise with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise solution design. This role requires someone who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions and collaborate with solution architects and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365-based digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams on Microsoft Dynamics architecture, solution design, and system integration initiatives.
• Support the design, enhancement, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution assessments.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Analyze existing Dynamics 365 implementations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Work with developers and architects on Dynamics 365 workflows, APIs, integrations, and enterprise banking systems.
• Support data architecture discussions, including data mapping, migration, and system interoperability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking, and technology teams.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions align with banking security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM, including configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, including application design, system integrations, data architecture, and enterprise solution patterns.
• Prior involvement in Dynamics 365 architecture discussions, solution design, or technical implementation initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, REST APIs, Azure services, Power Platform, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience collaborating with solution architects, developers, and technical delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, gap analysis, data mapping, and system integration.
• Banking or financial services experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Retail Banking.
• Understanding of banking security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations or modernization initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.
• Experience contributing to architecture assessments, solution design workshops, and technical feasibility discussions.
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms, customer onboarding, relationship management, or digital banking applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
