- Advise General Managers and senior leaders on the effective deployment of resources and capabilities to improve marketing and field effectiveness, efficiency, and business performance.
- Advance competitive analysis capabilities, including the development and adoption of product scorecards, competitive frameworks, and best practices that support strategic decision-making.
- Drive value-based pricing and value-selling strategies in partnership with the Value Capture team, helping teams clearly articulate and capture differentiated customer value.
- Develop and execute strategic business enhancement initiatives as part of the Field Enablement organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, tools, and operating models, and lead continuous improvement efforts from concept through implementation.
- Apply structured frameworks, first-principles thinking, and data-driven analysis to solve complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Influence product, business, marketing, and field strategies by translating market, competitive, customer, and business insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, business management, commercial strategy, field enablement, sales strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as competitive analysis and score carding, value-based pricing, value selling, product marketing, field enablement, or commercial strategy.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to connect strategic initiatives to customer value, competitive differentiation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and influencing stakeholders across organizational and functional boundaries.
- Strong ability to identify, structure, and solve highly complex and ambiguous business problems.
- Experience applying analytical frameworks and first-principles thinking to develop new approaches and solutions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment among Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Engineering/PSE, and other cross-functional organizations.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic thought leader and an execution-focused business partner.
