This will be a new organization, separate from the existing warehouse operation. The Supervisor will work closely with the Assistant Manager and take responsibility for daily operations, manpower control, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality.

Pre-Go-Live Training

The Supervisors are expected to join before the February 2027 go-live and receive hands-on training in our existing warehouse operation.

The purpose is to understand the current customer operation, systems, safety requirements, and working standards before transitioning to the new operation.

The Supervisors are expected to be ready to lead daily operations and the ATO team from day one.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to join a completely new warehouse organization from the outset rather than an already established operation.

You will be directly involved in establishing daily operations, working standards, and the team in collaboration with the Assistant Manager.

Through pre-go-live training and the actual start-up, you will also gain experience in customer operations, systems, safety standards, and inventory management.

For someone seeking to progress from frontline warehouse operations into stronger team leadership and operational management, this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the new operation.
