KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.
About the role
This role is about one brand: KristiesLab itself. You will plan and run the agency's own marketing and communications, so that what people see of KristiesLab matches the work we do for our clients. You will work with the CEO, the creative team, the copywriter and the digital team.
What you will do
Brand and marketing plan
- Prepare the yearly marketing and communications plan for KristiesLab, with a budget and a calendar
- Keep the brand's positioning, messages and visual identity consistent everywhere
- Keep the brand guidelines up to date and make sure the team applies them
Content and social media
- Manage the KristiesLab content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and the website
- Brief the creative, copy and digital teams on agency content
- Turn finished projects into case studies, posts and videos
- Keep the website, company profile and credentials up to date
PR, awards and partnerships
- Plan press coverage, interviews and thought leadership for the agency and its leadership
- Prepare award submissions and speaking opportunities
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships and influencer collaborations for the agency
CSR and agency initiatives
- Run the communications for the agency's own initiatives, such as Second Life and TheKnowHer
Business development support
- Keep pitch decks, proposals and credentials on brand
- Prepare the agency's presence at industry events
Reporting
- Track reach, engagement, enquiries and brand growth
- Report results every month and adjust the plan
What we are looking for
- 4 or more years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications, on the agency or client side
- Experience managing a brand's content, social media and PR
- Strong writing in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
- A good eye for design and the ability to brief creative teams clearly
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram and how to read their results
- Organised, with experience managing a calendar and a budget
