As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Operations in Warrenville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, tenants, vendors, and contractors; verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials; and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer phones and inquiries, provide directions or building information, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
