Drafts reports and presentations under close supervision to report findings to a supervisor or project leader. Prepares Presentations to report findings to a supervisor or project leader.

Assists in the preparation of models and analyses of key performance indicators in order to support operational and strategic decisions. Assists in the development of recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.

Supports compliance with policies on opportunity and project documentation, including the production of reports and analysis from data and ensuring content data integrity, in order to drive signed contract and liability compliance levels to 100%.

Develops basic recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations, and communicates with other departments as necessary.

Contributes to the business processes to ensure that they are functioning effectively and efficiently.

Assists as needed in compiling and maintaining documentation of processes to be circulated as necessary.

Actively supports ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, quantifies their impact, defines their benefits, and brings to the attention of supervisor.

Suggests improvements to improve current practices.
