We are seeking an experienced and passionate Production Manager to lead our Cambridge, Ontario operation. This is an opportunity for a proven collision repair leader to make a meaningful impact by shaping the performance, culture, and customer experience within a state-of-the-art repair centre. What You'll Be Responsible For
Operations & Quality
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day production activities within the facility.
- Manage repair workflow, production schedules, parts procurement and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- Identify and remove operational roadblocks that impact cycle times, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong quality control processes to ensure repairs meet the highest standards.
- Ensure vehicle repairs are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards, OEM procedures, and industry regulations.
- Champion a repair-first philosophy while maintaining exceptional repair quality.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance discussions, development planning, and succession planning activities to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Lead by example and create an environment where safety, respect, and inclusivity are top priorities.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a seamless and professional repair experience.
- Support the team in resolving customer concerns and escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Business Performance
- Share accountability for the overall financial performance of the centre.
- Monitor key operational and business performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Manage inventory and resources to support uninterrupted operations.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety throughout the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, environmental, and company requirements.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and facilities to support safe and efficient operations.
- Stay current on industry trends, repair technologies, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of management experience within the collision repair industry.
- Demonstrated success leading production, operations, or collision repair teams.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, workflow management, quality standards, and repair methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen with an ability to drive operational results.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence. Proficiency in Body Shop Connect and Mitchell repair center systems is highly desirable.

- The salary band for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 (please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity)
