Short Intro and About the Job
The Danone Place Singapore (DPS) HR team plays a vital role in driving strategic HR initiatives at both global and local levels, including workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. This role will support the DPS HR team in delivering key Talent, Learning, HR Operations, and employee engagement priorities, while further developing strong HR knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and digital capabilities.
Talent Acquisition• Lead the end-to-end process of internship hiring and support other recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Danone’s Employer Value Proposition, including collaboration with university engagement activities, career fairs, industry sharing sessions, and other early-career initiatives.• Support the implementation of young talent program, including the revamp of the internship experience, to build a strong future talent pipeline.
Learning & Development• Coordinate and support the launch of training programs, including logistics, attendance tracking, material preparation, and feedback collection.• Serve as a Danone Internal Facilitator and support the growth of the facilitator community, delivering training programs and facilitating workshops to support employee learning and development when needed.• Support data analysis for learning initiatives, including training needs assessments, learning hours tracking, and completion/feedback analysis.
HR Operations• Provide support for general HR matters and special projects to ensure smooth operational delivery.• Support HRBP in onboarding and offboarding activities, preparing documentation, tracking completion, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.• Drive HR process improvements by: o Enhancing the employee data platform and automating HR processes and tools, including data entry, record management, data consolidation, and dashboard integration.o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Ensure all HR documentation, employee records, and data are handled with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and care, while supporting a positive employee experience.o Support the automation of HR document generation.
Communication, Culture & Engagement• Assist in the planning and execution of culture-building and engagement activities and events.• Prepare internal communication materials, draft and publish the bi-weekly HR newsletter via internal communication channels to foster engagement and connection.
HR Projects:• Assist in the planning and execution of local HR projects and initiatives, with opportunities to lead selected workstreams where appropriate.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need…
The following technical skills and experience:∙ University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related fields of study∙ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.∙ Good communication skills, both written and verbal for effective interactions with stakeholders∙ Data, digital, and AI literacy would be an advantage, with the ability to leverage technology and insights to support talent, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
