Human Resources Specialist

Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required. One year experience in Human Resources required. Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

Job Description: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department with the administration of the day-to-day HR functions. Completes benefit enrollments and changes. Is responsible for supporting external recruitment & internal career opportunities, pre-boarding, and onboarding. Provides various administrative support through data and records maintenance, reporting and other admin-related tasks. Assists in HR-related initiatives and maintains a high level of confidentiality and ethics. Maintains internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Salary Range: $52,500 - $57,500 annually (+3,000 Bilingual, Spanish -- if candidate is bilingual)
