As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day to day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team or Teams removing obstacles that hinder progress and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives. You will identify and report progress through appropriate metrics. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Agile Fundamentals is required. proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team processes and Agile practices
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals 
• Support the team in managing risks and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment 
• Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and drive effective decision making 
• Encourage a culture of accountability and ownership within the team to achieve high quality deliverables

*This role requires working Onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC*

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Master proficiency in Agile Fundamentals
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management
