- Monitor dependencies, risks, and execution progress across initiatives.
- Facilitate governance forums and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Ensure initiatives are adequately funded, staffed, and sequenced for successful delivery.
Strategic Planning & Transformation

- Recommend strategic responses to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Drive cross-functional planning across Product, Operations, Technology, and Shared Services teams.

- Facilitate discussions where competing priorities or resource constraints exist.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.

- Build organizational awareness and readiness for regulatory change.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in US retirement and familiarity with U.S. regulatory environments.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working within Agile, SAFe, or product operating models.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, risk, governance, or audit functions.
