Pay Range:$26.06 - $36.08 The Brand Coordinator serves as a member of the Marketing and Communications team and supports the organization, distribution, and maintenance of SEARHC brand and marketing resources. This role coordinates digital assets, print materials, vendors, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure employees and clinics across Southeast Alaska have timely access to accurate, current, and brand-aligned materials.SEARHC is a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. Brand Asset and File Management
o Manage digital assets, including organization, taxonomy, and ongoing maintenance.
o Maintain organized department files and SharePoint resources.
o Ensure current brand assets, templates, and materials are easily accessible.
o Support preparation and fulfillment of executive folders and materials.
Print and Inventory Management
o Maintain inventory and organization of print materials, marketing supplies, and promotional items.
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
o Manage the PiP print store, including updates and addition of new or revised materials.
o Coordinate printing and production with local and external vendors.
Distribution and Clinic Coordination
o Coordinate deployment of temporary signage and marketing materials to clinics.
o Maintain clinic contacts and distribution lists.
o Coordinate shipping and delivery of materials, including air cargo drop-off and other fulfillment needs.
o Coordinate flyer distribution and posting as needed.
Vendor and Administrative Support
o Coordinate with print, production, and other marketing vendors.
o Support purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and vendor documentation.
o Track orders, deliveries, and fulfillment.
o Provide general administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to the Marketing and Communications Department.
Other duties as assigned to support SEARHC brand and marketing initiatives.
Additional Details
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
· Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience Required
· Two or more years of experience in marketing support, administration, project coordination, inventory management, or a related field.
· Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, orders, or deliverables.
· Experience with digital file management and organizational systems preferred.
Knowledge of
· Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
· Digital asset and file management practices.
· Basic brand standards and marketing processes.
· Print production, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment processes preferred.
· Purchase order, invoice, and vendor processes preferred.
