Governance & Communications
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with functional and regional leaders across the organisation to ensure high levels of awareness, adoption, and collaboration on Enterprise and Global Services objectives.
- Design and maintain the COO, Global Services management system — including governance forums, reporting rhythms, and decision-making frameworks — ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time, with appropriately structured papers, pre-reads, and follow-through on actions.
- Enhance the effectiveness of key governance bodies across the organisation, ensuring decision-relevant information flows to the right forums at the right time — including acting as part of the engine room for the Operating Committee on Global Operational Initiatives, Operational Monitoring, and Workforce Planning.

Functional Leadership
- Provide business management oversight for designated functions, owning jurisdiction and functional strategy at an enterprise level and ensuring the activities support operational efficiency and future talent needs.
