  • Support internal risk assessments and assist with external audits and regulatory responses to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.
  • Act as the point of contact for compliance-related escalations from team members, business partners, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Stay current with evolving AML regulations, financial crimes typologies, trading-related risks, and industry best practices to support ongoing program improvements.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant AML, or other financial crimes related experience.
  • Compliance or Risk Management certifications such as CAMS, CIPP, or CRCM, or willingness to obtain recommended certifications is preferred.

  • Prior experience in trading, financial markets, prediction markets, brokerage, or other regulated financial services environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify potential risks, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance requirements and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and business needs.
