Accountant

Perform inventory and account payable process to ensure accuracy of primary data and document for inventory/expenses and account payable processes.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Weekly/monthly check and clear negative on hand of inventory.

2. Auto generate A/P for R/M & expenses.

3. Weekly cycle count RM/FG.

4. Follow up and process credit note for QVAS.

5. Monthly expenses report of expat to PWC.

6. Responsible for implementing EHS Program according to corporate and local requirement

Filing :

1. Invoice "Not paid yet" by vendor name for payment purpose

2. Tax invoice for VAT report

3. Assets invoices
