What will you be doing here?

Responsável pelas conciliações e baixas diárias de recebíveis, além da preparação da documentação de suporte financeiro e contábil para o fechamento mensal.
Garantirá a execução das transações dentro dos prazos operacionais e normas estabelecidas, com foco em entregas e na melhoria contínua dos processos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• • Realizar análise, baixa e conciliação financeira e contábil de recebíveis.
  • Preparar relatórios e documentos de suporte para o fechamento mensal.
  • Prestar suporte no atendimento a auditorias internas/externas e controles da área.
  • Elaborar indicadores (KPIs) e reports gerenciais do setor.
  • Mapear e implementar oportunidades de melhoria de processos.

• Quais os requisitos?
  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Sólida experiência em rotinas de Contas a Receber focadas em operações internacionais (América do Sul).
  • Domínio do sistema SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conhecimento de Excel do nível Intermediário ao Avançado.
  • Espanhol a partir do nível Intermediário.
