Head to Toe Brands was formed by global private equity company Riverside to develop the talent, resources, and tools needed to oversee and grow multiple franchised brands within the beauty industry. Current brands in the portfolio include The Lash Lounge, Frenchies Modern Nail Care, Bishops Cuts/Color, and Delta Crown. Who You Are

We are looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of Head to Toe Brand’s local marketing efforts.

 

In this role, you’ll help keep local marketing initiatives moving across our portfolio of franchise brands, serving as a key resource for both the Marketing team and our franchise owners. You’ll support local marketing operations, marketing support requests, knowledge base management, franchisee marketing plan development, routine franchisee questions, and project coordination.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and requests at once. You’re someone who enjoys bringing organization to moving pieces, following projects through to completion, and helping franchisees successfully execute marketing at the local level.

 

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day execution of local marketing initiatives across Head to Toe Brands’ franchise locations.
• Manage routine local marketing updates across websites, SOCi, Birdeye, and other marketing platforms to ensure location information and content remain accurate and up to date.
• Manage incoming Marketing Support requests, helping franchisees navigate routine marketing questions, resources, and execution needs.
• Maintain and update local marketing resources, including the franchisee knowledge base, SOPs, trainings, and other support materials.
• Support the development and execution of franchisee local marketing plans based on individual market needs and business goals.
• Help franchisees identify and activate local community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and other grassroots marketing opportunities.
• Assist with local marketing project coordination from kickoff through execution, helping manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up.
• Monitor local marketing activity and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and additional support.
• Deliver market insights, reporting, and actionable recommendations to Marketing leadership.
• Help identify recurring franchisee needs, questions, and challenges to improve local marketing resources, processes, and support.

What You Bring

 

• • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, franchise marketing, local marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with franchise owners, internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Familiarity with digital and local marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, local listings, paid media, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented with a genuine interest in helping franchisees and local businesses succeed.
• AI-native mindset with a passion for leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, solve problems, and enhance marketing execution.
