IT Infrastructure Senior Specialist
Job Summary
Provides advanced technical expertise in the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and technology projects.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Manage backup, recovery, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Implement infrastructure security controls.
- Provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
- Support disaster recovery testing and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of infrastructure experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and operating systems.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage.
