C-P Flexible Packaging, part of Garlock Flexibles, manufactures high-quality flexible packaging for customers across a range of industries. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will own full-cycle recruiting for plant operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate roles. You will partner closely with HR leadership, Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, and Department Heads to meet headcount and production goals.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the hiring process from start to finish: write and post job ads, source, screen resumes, interview, and assess fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work with plant and department leaders to define technical skill requirements and staffing needs.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build pipelines for high-demand manufacturing roles through job boards, trade schools, social media, passive sourcing, and community outreach.
• Candidate Experience: Keep candidates informed at every step and clearly explain shift schedules and physical job requirements.
• Offers & Pre-Employment: Conduct reference checks, testing, background screenings, and drug testing, and extend offers in coordination with leadership.
• Job Fairs & Events: Plan and represent C-P at job fairs, school visits, and community events, and promote our safety culture and career paths.
• Military & Veteran Hiring: Support outreach to transitioning service members and veterans.
• ATS & Reporting: Keep accurate records in the ATS and report on time-to-fill, and cost-of-hire.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external staffing partners to ensure smooth coordination and competitive rates.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven success with high-volume hourly hiring as well as niche technical searches.
• Familiarity with manufacturing shift schedules (e.g., 2-2-3, rotating shifts) and a safety-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with everyone from entry-level operators to executives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and discreet with confidential information.
• Ability to work on-site in York, PA and travel locally for recruiting events as needed.

• Recruiting experience in flexible packaging, plastics manufacturing, or printing/converting.
• Military recruiting experience.
• OSHA awareness or knowledge of manufacturing compliance guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or SHRM or HR certification.

Location: York, PA (on-site)
