Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field with good research skill.
- Strong interest in research and technology development with a hands-on approach to experimental work.
- Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing experiments, including data evaluation and technical reporting.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Motivation to learn and develop expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, contamination control, vacuum technology, and advanced materials.
- Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master/PhD degree.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory, pilot-line, or industrial R&D environments, including design and execution of experiments.
- Experience with plasma processes, vacuum systems, contamination control, surface modification, materials characterization, or semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
- Familiarity with statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DoE), and scientific modeling.
- Experience collaborating with customers, research institutes, universities, or industrial partners.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
