As a Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform and guide process development activities,
including process parameter scouting, optimization, verification, and process
freeze, to achieve project targets in timeline, quality, cost competitiveness,
and manufacturability. Support technical handover and knowledge transfer to
Operations. Support prototype and development sample builds. Generate and maintain relevant documentation,
including Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, Master FMEA, OJTI, T32, and PDR. Provide input and ensure accuracy of related
documents, including Process of Record, Assembly Design Rule, Process Roadmap,
Failure Catalogue, Control Plan, Maintenance Checklist, and Unit Process
Roadmap for development projects. Liaise with suppliers to drive continuous improvement
and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling,
machines, and materials in development projects. Lead task force activities and complex problem-solving
initiatives using statistical and analytical tools such as SPC, APC, DOE, 8D,
FMEA, and DFMEA. Identify and develop new process technologies and
improve process capability to meet evolving business requirements. Support the definition and selection of process
technologies, materials, machines, and tooling. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
and project teams. Initiate, generate, and drive patent and intellectual
property ideas through research and technical studies. Lead critical technical topics for development-related
projects and FOK focus areas across sites. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a
related field. Minimum 8 years of working experience in the
semiconductor manufacturing industry. Strong hands-on knowledge and skills in assembly
processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of material science and chemical
engineering. Knowledge of analytical equipment. Proficiency in statistical data analysis, including
