Acute Care Physical Therapist – Non-Profit Hospital | ~8 Patients/Day | $5K Sign-On
Position Highlights
- High-acuity caseload at a major non-profit hospital system (ICU, trauma, neuro, complex post-op)
- Acute experience preferred, strong new grads considered
- $5,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
- PSLF eligible
- Patient-centered model, 7-8 patients/day max
- 8-week structured onboarding with a senior preceptor
- Flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), only 1-in-6 weekends, 22 days PTO

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Acute care experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered
- Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads
- Servant-leader mindset
