Eastern Metal Framing Galaxy is seeking a motivated, dynamic professional to work in our Customer Service Dept.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with Customers
- Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Use software to provide quotes to customers.
- Work with our Shipping and Production Departments to ensure accuracy of orders
- Resolve Customer complaints as needed
- Provide support for sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Construction Industry Experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Data entry experience
- Extraordinary customer service skills
