Support SQL-based data access and ensure data integrity across applications
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for programs, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Provide technical assistance for emulator-related issues (PC5250), print/output queues, and spool file management
Secondary – Migration & Administration (10%): Contribute technical expertise to the strategic migration from IBM i to Hyland’s OnBase WorkView platform, including data transition planning, integration support, and operational continuity
Assist with user profile management, authority adjustments, and job scheduling
Support backup and restore processes (BRMS) and maintain operational runbooks
Participate in testing and validation activities during migration and system upgrades
