How do we work?
We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team and take ownership of complex design challenges across our products and platforms. In this role, you'll drive projects end-to-end — from ambiguous problem spaces through to polished, production-ready experiences — working closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across the business.
In this role, you will:
Lead the full design process independently: translating business goals and user needs into clear problem definitions, facilitating discovery workshops, running and synthesising user research, and moving fluidly between conceptual exploration and high-fidelity delivery.
Know when to go broad and when to converge, and you'll bring others along with you through clear communication and well-structured design rationale.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll own your projects with minimal direction — managing your own timelines, flagging dependencies early, and making confident design decisions while staying open to challenge.
Contribute meaningfully to our design system, raise the bar on interaction and visual quality across the product, and mentor more junior members of the team.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within a product-led environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process: research, ideation, prototyping, iteration, and final UI (the candidates are obligated to show examples of their previous work by sharing a link to their portfolio or adding PDF).
Proven ability to lead projects independently, from discovery to handoff
Solid grasp of interaction design principles and visual craft
Experience working in close collaboration with engineering, using tools such as Figma, AI Claude
Comfort navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and defining scope when it isn't handed to you
Clear and concise communication — you can articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
Nice to have:
Experience designing for regulated industries (fintech, trading)
Familiarity with designing for multiple markets or localisation constraints
Exposure to design systems ownership or contribution
