Monday to Friday | Flexitime between 6am and 8pm and no core hours 

Salary: £40,000 OTE (incl. £28,000 base salary plus bonuses) | Benefits worth £7,000+

Total package worth up to £47,000+ per year including bonuses and benefits 

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Cardiff-based sales team. You will work from provided prospect data, use cold calling to reach relevant decision-makers and build a live pipeline of suitable professional partners.

The role is about more than call volume. You will qualify the potential partner fit, build rapport, handle routine objections, plan follow-up and progress opportunities through a structured sales process to informed sign-up.

Performance is judged across activity, pipeline quality, follow-up, CRM accuracy, conversion and sign-up quality, not one number alone.

What you'll do

You must be able to work full-time from our Cardiff city-centre office. 

Cold call businesses and speak to the right decision-makers.

• You’ll need experience in outbound telesales and confidence with phone and email correspondence.
  

Understand what each prospect needs and whether they are a good fit.

• You’ll need experience building rapport, understanding business needs and strong communication skills.

Follow up leads and move them through the sales process.

• You’ll need to be organised and able to manage sales over several contacts.

Own each sale from the first call through to closing.

• You’ll need proven closing skills and confidence in securing commitment.

Meet agreed activity and pipeline KPIs, conversion goals and monthly sales targets.

• You’ll need a strong record of hitting targets, resilience and self-discipline.

Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.

• You’llneed good attention to detail and clear records of actions and next steps.
