***The post holder must be within 3 years of having graduated from a Bachelors degree and able to commute to the Noida, India office. It is also imperative that you have not completed a NATS apprenticeship before. The successful candidate will be contracted through the NATS portal once chosen***.
What you'll do here:
- Develop covers of retail textbooks and institutional study material as per the company’s brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Modify and finalize cover designs based on feedback from senior designers.
- Prepare print-ready artwork in accordance with publishing and printing specifications.
- Edit images, graphics, and visual elements using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Coordinate and maintain development files and project assets.
- Coordinate with the Product, Editorial, Marketing and Sales teams to understand cover design requirements.
- Assist in designing marketing collaterals and promotional creatives whenever required.
- Learn and follow the organization's branding, publishing, and print production standards.
Skills you will need here:
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW (designing software) is a must.
- Professional Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia from a recognized institute.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of print specifications, page sizes, trim, bleed, and colour modes.
- Good visual sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to create simple illustrations, icons, and vector artwork.
- Willingness to learn publishing standards and incorporate feedback.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.,

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
