Meet your future team
You will become part of the NENA Sales Finance team and report to the Senior Director, Regional Finance. The team acts as strategic finance partners to the business, supporting commercial decision-making and performance management across the region.
In this role, you will work closely with Market Directors and leadership teams in the Nordics and Switzerland, serving as their dedicated Finance Business Partner and financial anchor. Positioned at the intersection of regional finance strategy and local market execution, you will gain broad exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in driving business performance.
We are building a finance function that goes beyond traditional reporting and operates as a genuine strategic partner to the business. You will join a collaborative and ambitious environment where insights, challenge, and business impact are at the centre of everything we do.
What we offer
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial decision-making and driving commercial performance across the Nordics and Switzerland. Acting as a mini-CFO to the Market Directors, you will help shape key business decisions through insightful analysis, transparent performance management, and proactive financial guidance.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
- Act as a mini-CFO to the Market Directors, owning the financial narrative, challenging assumptions, and driving performance delivery.
- Provide transparent performance management, ensuring clear visibility of risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Translate financial and commercial data into actionable insights that support growth and strategic decision-making.
- Influence senior stakeholders through compelling, insight-driven communication and recommendations.
- Drive forecasting, planning activities, and performance reviews across the markets.
- Lead cross-regional projects and perform ad hoc analyses to strengthen financial performance and business outcomes.
What you will bring
You are a structured, curious, and proactive finance professional who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You combine strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset and thrive in an environment where you can challenge, influence, and create value through finance.
You are comfortable working across cultures and organisational levels and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to improve performance and raise standards. Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business decisions.
Moreover, we expect that you:
- Hold a relevant Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience within Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Consulting in a multinational environment.
- Have proven experience owning forecasting, budgeting, or planning processes from start to finish.
- Possess strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
- Are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and communicating fluently in English. German language skills are an advantage.
