This is an onsite position for our Fort Collins office location.

Job Overview
Bone Dry Roofing is selectively seeking an
Office Manager who takes the greatest pride in delighting callers and making them feel like the most important person/ customer we have. If you genuinely get a good feeling after helping someone then you may find this role a good fit for you!
Responsibilities
- Answer, manage, and document incoming phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
- Process all sold projects.
- Create job packets and leave in the appropriate area
- Process credit applications for salesmen
- Call the homeowner to schedule roofs and other projects
- Send roof orders to the Distributor.
- Send payment links and reminders after each project.
- Facilitate the closing process of each completed project
- Uphold office standards that reflect strong customer service expectations
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and operations
- Assist new employees with completing onboarding paperwork
- Other office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of office, administrative, or related experience
- Experience answering, documenting, and managing phone communications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Consistent focus on delivering professional customer service
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office setting
