HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join a stable, growing virtual eating disorder treatment program. The physician focuses on medical management within a structured model where patients also receive dedicated support from therapists, dietitians, and psychiatric providers.

This fully remote role combines direct patient care with APP supervision and long-term program continuity. We are specifically seeking physicians with experience managing the medical complexity of eating disorder patients in outpatient, residential, PHP/IOP, or virtual settings.

Physician Responsibilities

• Provide approximately 20 hours per week of direct patient care
• Treat patients of all ages
• Manage medical complications related to malnutrition and refeeding
• Monitor labs, cardiac risk, vitals, and stabilization protocols
• Conduct 1-hour new evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups
• Lead weekly structured supervision for Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborate with therapy, psychiatry, and nutrition teams
• Document within 24 hours using integrated digital tools
• Practice within a weight-inclusive, interdisciplinary care model

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Family Medicine (MD or DO)
• Active Washington license preferred (CA, OR, AZ, NV also considered)
• Direct experience treating eating disorder patients strongly preferred
• Primary Care and/ or Primary Care for Mental Health population will be considered
• Background in primary care, adolescent medicine, or integrated behavioral health
• Comfortable practicing in a fully remote setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $250,000–$275,000+ DEO
• 15% annual performance bonus potential in achievable structure
• Total potential compensation up to $316,250 + DEO
