Description
Responsibilities:
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for Wolfspeed direct sales or distributors through customer presentations and product demonstrations
Monitor & support customer design efforts; provide remote and on-site customer support
Assist customer design engineers to successfully incorporate Wolfspeed Silicon Carbide power components in their products
Answer technical inquiries from customers with proper documentation and timely feedback/analysis
Support new product launches and introduction in target customers, including the training for channel partners
Design, develop, document and distribute reference and demonstration platforms for SiC Power product target applications
Develop and present materials at technical seminars, tradeshows and distributor training
Provide market feed back to the company with consolidated customer requirements to define new products and product enhancements
Provide SiC technology and product evangelism within the target customers
Local commercial activities like pricing strategy, partnership negotiation and programs to win
Minimum Requirements:
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with power systems and devices at theoretical and practical levels
Field testing experience
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Strong customer presentation skills
A passion for SiC Power Devices
