We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:
👉 Customer Service Specialist
🎯 Your role
You will act as a customer advocate within our organization — ensuring the highest level of service and smooth order execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and have a real impact on the overall customer experience.
🔧 What will you do?
✔ handle customer inquiries and monitor order status (including order creation and entry into the system)
✔ verify transport costs against financial documentation
✔ analyze production plans and ensure their execution is on track
✔ enter and coordinate orders while working closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth information flow
✔ organize transportation and ensure on-time deliveries
✔ prepare documentation (transport, warehouse, customs clearance)
✔ maintain customer records (both in the system and in physical documentation)
✔ prepare documentation related to inter-warehouse transfers
✅ We’d love to hear from you if:
✔ at least 2 years of professional experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
✔ good command of English (used in daily work)
✔ very good knowledge of MS Office tools
✔ strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
✔ ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
✔ ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and solve problems
