Overview         

AtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works (Contract Nos. ND/2024/07 and ND/2024/08). The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of Fanling Bypass Western Section, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including vehicular bridges, footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, stormwater storage tank, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, commenced in August 2024 and December 2025 respectively. 

Your role

• Provision of relevant technical support to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor, and/or Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultants*/Consultant*.
• Provision of professional assistance to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the project.
• Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality.

About you

• Satisfied the academic requirements for Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil or Geotechnical Discipline) or equivalent.
• Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with formal training pre-approved by appropriate professional institution / institute.
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant post qualification experience.
• Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with at least 5 years’ post-academic qualification experience in professional field and level.

Remark

• Note 1: “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. Subjects include Chinese Language and English Language.
• Note 2: Attained Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

• The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.
• Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.
