Overview

This role focuses on commercializing and growing small and medium-sized business solutions, with an emphasis on driving point-of-sale adoption and revenue growth. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with go-to-market teams and cross-functional departments to ensure successful product launches and improvements. Responsibilities include aligning teams on product strategy, launch execution, and driving customer adoption. Candidates should have strong marketing strategy experience and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

Commercialize and grow our small and medium-sized business (SMB) solutions, with a strong emphasis on driving point-of-sale adoption and driving revenue growth in restaurant and retail segments. This is a critical hire as we scale our commerce capabilities and bring high-impact product initiatives to market.

This role will partner closely with the go-to-market team and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships/Channels, Operations, Support, Finance, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and improvements to existing solutions. Working independently, you will bring clear customer insight, strong judgment, and a high bar for execution to help teams align on what to ship, how to launch it, and how to drive adoption and revenue.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to delegate and successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
