Overview

Influential, the leader in Influencer marketing, is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to

join our growing Accounting team.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, AP & Cash Management, this position will play a keyrole in our Accounts Payable team.Objectives:● Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.● Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timelypayments.● Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.● Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.● Comply with national and local financial regulations.

Responsibilities

● Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment using internalaccounting software systems.● Perform invoice data entry and processing with efficiency and accuracy.● Reviewing vendor contracts against invoice data.● Verifying accurate banking details on invoice for accuracy prior to submitting invoice formanager payment approvals.● Maintaining client campaigns and communicating with vendors professionally whenrequesting invoices.● Assist senior management as needed with monthly reconciliations and accruals.

Qualifications

● Strong mathematical skills.● Detail oriented.● +3 years experience in AP and/or AR.● Experience with accounting software such as, NetSuite, Concur, SalesForce, Tipalti andGoogle Workspace.● Experience on processing large volumes of invoices (in a timely and accurate manner).● A BS degree in Accounting / Finance / Business is a plus.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
