Are You the Best Chiropractor in Lubbock? Prove It.

Position: Lead Doctor of Chiropractic

Location: NuSpine Chiropractic | Lubbock, TX

The Challenge

Most chiropractors spend 40% of their day fighting with insurance companies and 60% of their day wishing they were actually adjusting patients. At NuSpine Lubbock, we’ve eliminated the fluff. We are looking for the top 1% of adjusters—the clinicians who have the hands, the heart, and the hustle to change the health of West Texas.

If you are "just looking for a job," keep scrolling. But if you are a master of the manual adjustment and want to be part of the fastest-growing wellness movement in the country, read on.

Why You?

• You are an Elite Adjuster: Your manual skills are second to none, and you take pride in the "art" of the adjustment.
• You are a People Person: You don’t just treat spines; you build relationships. You can command a room and educate a patient on the "Why" of wellness in three minutes or less.
• You Hate Paperwork: You want to spend your day with your hands on patients, not your eyes on a billing screen.
• You Want to Lead: You aren’t looking to be a cog in a machine; you want to be the face of a premier clinic in the Lubbock community.

What’s In It For You?

We believe the best talent deserves the best environment. We’ve stripped away the headaches so you can focus on your craft.

• Top-Tier Pay: A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure that rewards your efficiency and patient retention.
• The "NuSpine" Lifestyle: Weekends are a must but we give ample time for rest and recovery.
• Professional Growth: We provide the platform, the marketing, and the staff. You provide the clinical excellence.
• Lubbock Pride: Join a team that is deeply rooted in the Hub City, serving our neighbors with world-class care.

The Essentials

• Licensed & Ready: Current (or pending) Texas Chiropractic License.
• Clinical Excellence: High proficiency in Diversified, Thompson, or similar manual techniques.
• The Mindset: A "patient-first" attitude with a drive to grow the clinic’s footprint.
