Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be responsible for
Lead Japan finance team including:
- Provide Finance leadership for business
- Develop Controllership infrastructure
Successfully integrate Japan finance:
- Standard financial reporting and metrics
Provide Controllership for Momentive Technologies in Japan
- Manage accounting services
- Active participant in Japan finance councils
- Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax
Qualifications / Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business
- 8+ years progressive financial experience
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of Japan and US GAAP
Desired:
- Public corporation experience
- CPA
- Knowledge and experience of ERP
- Familiarity with global finance issues
- 10-20% travel required
