An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Director- Architecture to join a leading multi discipline International Architecture & Design firm in their Hong Kong office. Known for producing award winning designs the business has developed a global reputation for excellence. Headed up by a who's who of iconic names within the industry, they produce high quality work across Asia and are a regarded globally as the leading name in the design world. Their portfolio of work includes iconic projects across the world.
The Role
The Senior Associate Director will contribute to the strategic planning of the practice in Hong Kong. Using your management capability to supervise teams, you’ll ensure quality measures are adhered to and bring synergy to the existing structure. You’ll also manage important relationships and further cement their reputation for offering excellent client care. For this role it's also essential that you have goood BIM skills.
There’s a hands-on element to the role and you’ll enhance the skills of the existing teams by leading by example. As an experienced Senior Associate Director you’ll have a proven track record of managing teams within an architectural setting and the ability to work in a global business. There’s also a possibility that the role could suit a senior level architect looking to take the next step.
Experience of working for a design-led practice and a portfolio of impressive work will ensure you produce high calibre work. The ability to inspire, motivate, and contribute valuable ideas will take the teams to the next level. Revit skills would be an advantageous.
