Key Responsibilities
• Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
• Schedule appointments for the Sales Consultants to discuss tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and build rapport.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Skills And Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar lead generation or marketing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a driven working environment, managing time and tasks effectively.

The salary is negotiable approx. 28-33k per annum + bonus.
