What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support the Sales and Finance teams to consistently meet and exceed targets

• Partner with other Sales Managers to align inventory planning, strategy, and customer experience

• Set expectations and hold the team accountable for performance, professionalism, and presentation

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development within the sales department

• Implement and uphold Capital Automotive Group and OEM policies

• Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and results

• Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are maintained

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in retail sales leadership (automotive preferred, but not required)

• Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams

• Strategic mindset with a track record of hitting targets and growing market share

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, tech-savvy, and confident making data-driven decisions

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
