The Opportunity:

Operating at the intersection of logistics and tech has allowed Flexport to develop a unique value proposition that customers all over the globe love, resulting in exponential growth over the last 10 years. As part of our mission to make global trade easy for everyone, we are expanding and growing our sales organization.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and scale our business across our full range of logistics services—including Ocean, Air Freight, Customs, Trucking, and Warehousing—identifying high-potential clients and closing deals. You'll be part of a high-performing team and in the driver's seat to grow our presence in the market, providing tech-enabled logistics solutions that address customer needs.

You Will Be:

• Acquire new clients and expand market presence across Ocean, Air Freight, Customs, Trucking, and Warehousing services.
• Research target markets and industries to identify potential business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth by closing new business across all product offerings.
• Prospect for prospective clients through direct outreach and collaboration with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
• Assess the client needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Present service capabilities and value propositions in client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Manage account portfolios with a primary focus on driving new sales across all core service lines.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Flexport services to offer end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Monitor market trends and strategic priorities to capitalize on immediate and long-term opportunities.
• Inform clients of key industry developments, pricing updates, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with customer requirements and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems to support operational analysis and reporting.

You Should Have:

• 5+ years of shipping/logistics experience, including 2–3 years in quota-carrying sales.
• Solid knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs, trucking, cross-border trucking, and general logistics services.
• Fluency in Khmer and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of the local market landscape with executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment.
