Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts while retaining existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations and support the sales process in coordination with dealership partners.
• Provide product and technical support to major account customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and account management.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Material Handling Equipment, Capital Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related industries.
• Proven experience in account management and business development.
