About the role
HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivating general Group Exercise Instructor and/or Aquatic Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of energizing group fitness and/or water-based exercise classes in Rochester Hills, MI.
Whether you're instructing participants through a dynamic studio workout or guiding a fun, results-driven aquatic class, you'll play a key role in helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. We offer a flexible working schedule during operating hours. We are currently looking for part-time (3 hours per week) availability.

Minimum Requirements
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
