Suporte administrativo aos colaboradores e Office Manager local em diversas demandas do escritório no Rio de Janeiro .
Principais Responsabilidades
- Auxiliar na recepção de visitantes e colaboradores que vão ao escritório;
- Auxiliar no atendimento telefônico;
- Realizar suporte administrativo diário de demandas das equipes;
- Controle semanal e atualização de diversas planilhas internas da área de Facilities;
- Suporte na criação de TUPIS e medição de contratos utilizando as ferramentas TOTVS e TUPI para solicitação dos pagamentos mensais dos principais contratos/fornecedores;
- Suporte na solicitação dos pedidos de reembolso de viagem;
- Realizar contagem e controle mensal de estoque do escritório (materiais de copa, limpeza e escritório);
- Realizar pedido de compras de produtos para reposição do estoque do escritório utilizando o contrato / ferramenta WEB/SUPPLY/GIMBA;
- Suporte aos colaboradores na solicitação via e-mail de bilhetes aéreos, hotéis junto a agência de Viagens;
- Acompanhar e organizar transfers in&out do motorista em conjunto com a Office Manager local.
Qualificações
- Ensino Médio completo ou em andamento.
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
