As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at AnyMind Group, you will be a strategic partner in driving our business growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across Thailand and regional markets (per assignment). What You'll Do

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize creative and data-driven sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, direct hunting, and events) to attract top active and passive talent across commercial, tech, and operational functions.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with local and regional Hiring Managers to understand team needs, define target profiles, and deliver efficient recruitment pipelines.
• Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for all applicants at every stage of the hiring process.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Efficiency) to optimize hiring strategies and continuously improve operations.

Who You Are

• Proven Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (a mix of agency and in-house tech/digital media corporate experience is highly preferred).
• Proactive Recruiter: Possess strong direct sourcing skills with a proven track record of closing challenging or niche commercial roles in both Thai and global markets.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with managers at all organizational levels.
• Agile & Growth Mindset: Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced tech startup/scale-up environment with a strong drive to exceed targets.
• Fluent Communication: Business-level fluency in both Thai and English for effective coordination with local teams and regional stakeholders.

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (especially Greenhouse).
• Experience recruiting in two of AdTech, MarTech, E-commerce, or Digital Agency industries.
