Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates based on hiring requirements
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
• Manage multiple requisitions and recruitment priorities simultaneously
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines
• Independently manage priorities while consistently meeting recruitment targets and timelines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-year college graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR
• Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Great English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities
• Proven experience managing recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions
• Strong stakeholder or client communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• RPO or staffing industry experience is a plus
