Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Senior to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and the ability to drive recruitment process excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding activities.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and recruitment challenges.
Influence stakeholders through data-driven hiring recommendations
Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
Build talent communities for critical and recurring skill requirements.
Maintain proactive pipelines for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment metrics, including:
Time-to-fill
Offer acceptance rate
Source effectiveness
Candidate experience measures
Leadership & Team Support
Mentor and coach junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
Share best practices and contribute to recruitment process improvements.
Support TA projects, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, shared services, BPO, technology, or multinational environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for technology, corporate, sales, customer operations, or leadership roles.
Experience supporting regional or global hiring.
Exposure to recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
