For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- More than 5 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer working on security infrastructure solutions (firewalls, WAF, load balancing, DNS).
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: ideally Fortinet firewalls or Ubika WAF; or others like Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5 (LTM, GTM, APM), Infoblox or Trellix/McAfee IPS.
- Solid knowledge of DNS and IPS/IDS solutions.
- Knowledge of automation and DevOps practices. Experience with Ansible and Python is a plus.
- Good communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
- Fluency in English (B2). French (B2) is a strong plus.
- Availability for hybrid work, 2x a week, based in Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
