Job Description Summary
Join our Global Occupier Services team and support the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services within a multinational corporate workplace in Bangkok. This hands-on role will coordinate workplace operations, vendors, maintenance activities, service requests, and facilities administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Facilities Coordinator or junior Facilities Management professional looking to broaden their operational responsibilities and develop further within a global real estate organization.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Handle day-to-day Facilities Management operations, coordinating maintenance, workplace services, service requests, and other site activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained corporate workplace.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers across facilities services, monitoring work completion and service quality, following up on operational issues, and supporting performance against agreed service standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and workplace checks, identifying maintenance, safety, and operational issues and coordinating appropriate corrective actions with technicians, contractors, building management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage facilities administration and reporting, including work orders, quotations, purchase requests, invoices, vendor documentation, maintenance records, asset information, operational trackers, and periodic reports.
- Work closely with the employees, building management, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve workplace requests and operational issues, support HSE and emergency preparedness activities, and continuously improve facilities service delivery.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Coordination, building operations, property management, workplace operations, or a related environment; candidates ready to progress from a Facility Coordinator role are encouraged to apply.
- Practical understanding of day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, workplace services, site inspections, work orders, and basic health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on, with good problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills and the ability to follow through on multiple operational requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, building management, and regional stakeholders.
