School Speech-Language Pathologist

Join a team committed to helping students succeed and find their voice! Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy and specialized communication support to students with diverse communication needs in Culver City, California.

Position Overview 

• Evaluate and treat students with a range of communication disorders across elementary through adult educational settings.
• Conduct speech and language assessments, develop educational goals and plans, and provide individualized therapy to support academic and functional communication.
• Provide specialized support for students with complex communication needs, including the use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, SLPAs, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and promote communication skills across educational environments.

Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience supporting students with AAC devices/systems, particularly individuals with extensive support needs
